Anti-Human Trafficking Program
Helping Individuals Build Healthy Relationships
This is a trauma specific program for children and youth aged 3 to 18 years old who have experienced or are at risk of human trafficking, or who are recovering from their experience of human trafficking, and their supportive, non-offending caregivers.
“Silence is the power in anti-human trafficking – and I’ve seen participants take back that power.”
The program provides up to 48 weeks of individual and specialized therapy, offering participants opportunities to address themes related to their experiences of sexual exploitation, as well as gain practical tools to increase emotional regulation and build stronger relationships.
Services will be culturally relevant and provided in community, respecting the diverse needs of participants who may identify as Indigenous, black, people of colour, francophone, immigrants, refugees, 2SLGBTQIA+, rural, and individuals with disabilities.
